Disconnect Button.
Clicking on this button sends a disconnect
command to your internet service provider that
cancels mail transfers. Pressing this button does not
disconnect you from the current modem connection
that was established by the Windows dial-up connector.
After you have clicked this button, click on the dial-up
network button on the Windows task bar. Then click
on the disconnect button of the dial-up panel. You
should see an acknowledgment in the info message
window that says "Quit" or "Terminated."
